Our beef typically comes in packages sized to feed 2 people with steaks cut approx. 1" thick with 2 per package. All of our meat is frozen at the butcher and is properly packaged with the cut style labeld on each package for easy identification. Please make sure you choose the appropriate package size/weight for your family size.
