This is for a Full Angus Beef (This will nearly fill a big freezer!)
This is a pre-ordered item. Your order will be of the highest priority and will be filled on our next available butcher date (Currently June 15, 2024). We will notify you when the date is set for butcher as well as pickup and/or delivery of your finished beef.
This is for FULL HAMBURGER ONLY. You will not receive any cuts of beef, just hamburger only.
Information to consider:
Our beef typically comes in packages sized to feed 2 people with steaks cut approx. 1" thick with 2 per package. All of our meat is frozen at the butcher and is properly packaged with the cut style labeld on each package for easy identification.
