This is for a Full Wangus Beef (This will nearly fill a big freezer!)
Wangus is the crossbreed of a Purebred Wagyu and a Purebred Angus. You get to experience the amazing taste, marbeling and flavor of a Wagyu at a much better price.
 
This is a pre-ordered item. Your order will be of the highest priority and will be filled on our next available butcher date (Currently June 15, 2024). We will notify you when the date is set for butcher as well as pickup and/or delivery of your finished beef.
 
You will receive a variety of the standard butcher cuts listed below in your order unless a custom order has been placed stating otherwise.
Examples of what cuts are included, but not limited to are as follows-
Approx. 25% Steaks: A Variety of T-Bone, Rib (Ribeye), Round, (Top) Sirloin, Cube, Tenderloin, Porterhouse, Filet Mignon.
Approx. 35% Roasts & Misc Cuts: A Variety of Chuck, Arm, Shoulder, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Round Bone, Boneless Round Roasts, Short Ribs, Brisket, Stew Meat, Soup Bone, Neck Bone.
Approx. 40% Ground Beef
 
 
Information to consider:
Our beef typically comes in packages sized to feed 2 people with steaks cut approx. 1" thick with 2 per package. All of our meat is frozen at the butcher and is properly packaged with the cut style labeld on each package for easy identification.
